How can I tell if my photos are eligible for retouching?+
All submitted photos are reviewed and approved. You will receive a confirmation email. A photo may be rejected if it is of poor quality/resolution, significantly over- or underexposed, has been pre-retouched, or requires excessive processing time: in this case, you will receive an immediate refund for the image in question.
Can I have personal photos edited?+
Yes, personal photos are accepted for professional retouching, provided they meet the eligibility criteria. By using this service, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to use these images. In return, the protection of your privacy and personal data is guaranteed.
What file formats can I send?+
I accept RAW files (ARW, NEF, CR2, CR3, DNG), JPEG, PNG, WEBP, and TIFF, up to 10 images per submission. For very large volumes, please contact me and I will create a dedicated repository for you.
How many photos can I send?+
The form accepts up to 10 files per submission. For larger files, or to maintain the best possible quality, you can also send them to me via Google Drive link, WeTransfer, or email.
What is the delivery time?+
Fast delivery, generally within 48 hours (excluding holidays and weekends), depending on the number of images and the complexity of the retouching. I will confirm a precise delivery timeframe upon receipt of your files.
Will my photos remain confidential?+
Your files are used solely for your order. Any other use (portfolio, communication) will be discussed with you beforehand and remains at your discretion. They will be kept for the duration of the service and then deleted upon request.
Is there a minimum number of images?+
No, you can order a retouch from a single photo. You can freely adjust the quantity at checkout.
What can you do with my images?+
Color and light correction, natural skin retouching, background removal, background cleaning, element removal, compositing, and image editing. For portraits: 3D studio lighting, optical distortion correction, and optional digital makeup (lipstick, eyeshadow, complexion). For travel photos: exposure, contrast, white balance, sharpness, and grain reduction. Describe your needs, and I'll tell you what's possible.
How does the payment process work?+
Payment is made online, securely via Stripe, at a rate per image. No request will be processed until full payment is received.
